Your privacy is important to Ageniqx; maintaining your trust is paramount to us. This Privacy Policy discloses the information practices for the Ageniqx platform, what type of information about our users is gathered and tracked, and how that information is used, shared, or otherwise processed.
By creating an account and using Ageniqx, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. The information collected — including your name, business email address, and platform activity — is used to provide, secure, and improve the Ageniqx service.
Identifying personal information (email address, first and last name) is stored on servers in the United States until you choose to delete your account or your account is removed by the support team. When an account is deleted, identifying personal information is obfuscated and no longer reversible within 30 days of the deletion request.
Activity data — such as agent runs, workflow executions, and usage patterns — is collected in aggregate to drive platform improvements, diagnostics, and performance analytics.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two primary ways:
Information you provide directly
- Account information — name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plaintext), and optional avatar.
- Workspace data — workspace name, members you invite, API keys you generate, and webhooks you configure.
- Agent & App content — system prompts, agent configurations, uploaded documents, and workflow definitions you create within the platform.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider. Ageniqx does not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, agent run counts, and time spent.
- Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and access timestamps.
- Device data — browser version and language settings.

How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Ageniqx platform and its features.
- Authenticate you and manage your session securely.
- Process agent executions, workflow runs, and document indexing on your behalf.
- Send transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and workspace invitations.
- Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve platform performance and user experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your agent content or document data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that help us operate, provide, and improve the platform — including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
Business transfers
If Ageniqx is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Legal and regulatory compliance
We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, detect fraud or security issues, or protect the rights and safety of Ageniqx, our users, or the public.
With your consent
We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Ageniqx retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, identifying information is obfuscated within 30 days.
- Conversation and agent run logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and analytics.
- Uploaded documents are retained until you explicitly delete them or your workspace is closed.
- Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services
Ageniqx integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality:
- AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) — your prompts are sent to your configured provider. We do not log the content of these requests beyond what is necessary for debugging.
- Cloud infrastructure — we use cloud providers for hosting, storage, and CDN services.
- Payment processing — billing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Ageniqx never stores payment card data.
- Email delivery — transactional emails are sent via a third-party email service provider.
We carefully vet all third-party processors and require them to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.
- API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes; the plaintext key is shown only once at creation.
- Webhook secrets are used to sign payloads via HMAC-SHA256.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication.
Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@ageniqx.app.
International data transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to or restrict certain processing of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Children's Privacy
Ageniqx is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from children under 18.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
