Ageniqx is an AI agent development and deployment platform that allows users to design, configure, and run intelligent agents and automated workflows. The Service includes:

• An agent builder and workflow canvas for designing multi-step Digital Workers.
• A conversation interface for interacting with deployed agents.
• Document management and knowledge base capabilities.
• API access and webhook integrations for external system connectivity.
• Analytics and observability tooling for monitoring agent performance.

Ageniqx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To access Ageniqx, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying Ageniqx immediately of any unauthorized access at security@ageniqx.app.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means. Ageniqx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Each workspace operates as a multi-tenant environment. Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and ensuring their team's compliance with these Terms.

You agree to use Ageniqx only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to build agents that generate, distribute, or amplify illegal, harmful, deceptive, or harassing content.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
• Use the Service to send spam, conduct phishing campaigns, or run automated abuse at scale.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from Ageniqx beyond what is permitted by the API.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Ageniqx.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Ageniqx reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

Ageniqx is an AI-assisted platform. Content and other outputs generated by AI models may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output should not be relied upon without independent human review. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any output.
• You must not use the Service to mislead any person into believing that AI-generated content was solely produced by a human without appropriate disclosure.
• You must not use the Service to make fully automated decisions with significant impact on individuals' rights without human oversight.
• You must not deploy AI agents in high-risk contexts — including medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, or safety-critical systems — without implementing adequate human review.
• Ageniqx is not responsible for any consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated output.

Certain features of Ageniqx are offered under paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• Ageniqx may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to Account → Delete Account or by contacting support@ageniqx.app.

Ageniqx may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Your use poses a security risk or legal liability to Ageniqx or its users.
• Required by law or legal process.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Ageniqx will delete Your Content within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
